Vikram Jha was a very smart and intellectual person. He was good at Mathematics. During the pandemic, he started his online Mathematics class from class 5th to 10th. 

No doubt on his understanding of Mathematics and teaching skills, but still his students weren’t following what he was teaching.

One is to earn money and the second is to work for the company and help it in achieving revenues. It is mandatory to mention interpersonal skills on a resume. 

Hence it is important to improve interpersonal skills for an amicable and happy work environment. It will reduce future traumas and issues in working with different people.
